We will assess clients requirements and design a site that meets these requirements. When a client is happy with the design we will develop the site using the best technologies for the task in hand.

The style, structure and facilities incorporated will depend on a clients business. An effective site does not necessarily have to be complicated, a clean, simple site that reflects the clients overall marketing objectives, can often bring far greater results than a technically advanced "entertaining" site.

Bearing in mind that a website is another channel through which to conduct a two-way relationship directly with your customer, it's important to know what your customers want from your site. It's a proven way of attracting new customers, but we know that getting started can create problems. That's why we have created a range of packages to overcome these problems making the transaction as simple as possible. Each package can be upgraded as new features and capabilites are required.

Every website package includes complete design, construction & hosting of the website, and comes with FREE UK domain name, FREE e-mail and FREE basic hosting. Maintenance is also included in your package^*.

The following are some aspects of a sites design that we will take into consideration.

Appearance

A sites appearance is the first impression a visitor has of the client. We will try to incorporate a clients corporate colours, logos, etc. to brand the site as closely to the physical aspects of the client as possible. We won't use flashy and gimmicky elements just for the sake it - all aspects of the design must contribute to the overall purpose of the site.

Size

The size of a client's site should not be limited by the client's budget. We will advise on what content we feel the client should have. We are equally at home designing single page 'advert' sites to full content rich sites. Sites can be developed in instalments as and when a client can afford it. You can start with a small site advertising your service and contact details and then slowly expand it to a full online shop for your service as your business expands.

Graphics

We can source graphics and photos for your site to incorporate in to the design as appropriate. We have an extensive collection of web icons and graphics for easy selection by the client. We can scan and format clients existing art work, logos etc. and incorporate them as required. We can offer a logo creation service for client's wishing to gain that first corporate look.

Multimedia

We can add multimedia aspects to your site where the design warrants it. We can add online streaming video and music where appropriate. We can design photo galleries, document libraries, video vaults, etc. We can advise on the best multimedia format to use.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

We can create a full Content Management Site where the client can add his own content in the form of articles, stories, news clips, forums, guest books, galleries, etc. We use are own proprietary CMS developed in-house called TNT-Synergy. This is the ideal site for clubs and organisations that want their members to contribute to the sites contents and to communicate via the site.

Online Shopping (E-Commerce)

Selling your products through a website means you can reach millions of customers without leaving your seat. We can provide e-commerce sites that allow shopping carts, shipping calculations, tax calculations, client databases, secure payment facilities, etc. We can either manage your shop front for you or provide facilities for you to update stock details as required.

^*For free domain we will pay for the first years registration, after the two year registration period you will then become liable for further yearly registration fees. This is standard with all domain names. Free site maintenance is is limited to general management of your web space, e-mail accounts and domain name. You are also allowed minor content updates per month.
